The Opportunity As the Logistics Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our commercial operations team. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Society's logistics strategies and enhancing our operational efficiency. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our supply chain functions seamlessly, facilitating the movement of goods across our network of stores. You will be required to take ownership and accountability for Vinnies logistics outcomes. You will have strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you'll foster a culture of inclusivity and community spirit among the logistics team, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. You will have direct hands-on experience with medium rigid vehicle and forklifts, with appropriate licenses as required.
