How you will make an impact:



Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving all operational warehouse and logistics cost savings as well as issues including ensuring cycle counts and all inventory is controlled effectively to meet quality requirements and remain accurate.



Develop intermediate analytical models to make recommendations to stakeholders for inventory optimization and E & O.



Negotiate with Operations Group at 3PL + all transport suppliers to ensure available resources to support Critical Care demands such as arranging for storage of inventory, applying proper local language labelling and IFU, available service carriers for day-to-day transport needs, etc.



Responsible for partnering with relevant teams for timely completion of consignment audits. •

Identify operational & project opportunities (e.g., quality, cost) and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements in collaboration with cross-functional and/or matrixed teams.



Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute logistics projects and/or initiatives with limited complexity.



Perform variety of analyses (e.g., network, freight lanes) to drive supply chain strategies while utilizing global logistics knowledge. •

Accountable for logistical and warehouse costs as well as yearly strategy & AOP planning. •

Work with the planners on a weekly basis to track inbound shipments. What you'll need (Required):



Bachelor's Degree in a related field



8 years of previous related experience in supply chain•

CTLD, APICS Certified What else we look for (Preferred):



Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards•

Extensive experience of logistics and budgeting processes•

Extensive understanding of planning concepts and requirements (e.g., CRP (Capacity Requirement Planning), Master Scheduling, Forecast, MRP (Material Requirements Plan), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP))•

Extensive understanding of Sales, Inventory and Operating Planning (SIOP or S&OP)•

Ability to transfer essential knowledge and mentor other team members on specialized skills•

Strict attention to detail•

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization•

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment•

Experience with Six Sigma and lean principles•

Proven successful project management skills•

Proven expertise in MS Office Suite•

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills•

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills•

Excellent documentation, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills•

Strong analytical experience and intermediate to advanced Excel•

Strong experience with ERP systems use•

A willingness to get into the details, troubleshoot & firefight•

Ability to multi-task•

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control #J-18808-Ljbffr
