Logistics Executive (UAE national), Amazon Logistics UAE To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last mile network.
Key Job Responsibilities: The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. Works with various stakeholders to support, monitor, and drive resolution of operational call outs to minimize overall business risk while maintaining the high Amazon quality bar. Acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind business objectives. Supports the Program team to gather insights and enhance program lifecycle to ensure Amazon standards and partners' best experience. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2+ years' experience in investigations related to managing contacts, determining root causes for issues, and tracking progress of process initiatives. Willingness to travel. Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail. UAE national with family book. The right candidate has strong communication skills, demonstrates a great sense of ownership, leads by example in all areas of performance, and has the ability to develop subject matter expertise in all operations processes.
