The Role Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Defence Discrepancy Reporting and Disposal Processes of Aeronautical and Non-Aeronautical product within the Romeo TLS program. The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to): Discrepancy Investigations not limited to FMS billing discrepancy, SDR's and other general DR's Stock consolidation in DR/Disposal areas. Pick and process disposals on MILIS. Documentation control. Storage and processing of DG, Shelf life (SL) items in Discrepancy and Disposal. Record data and maintain databases Liaising with internal and external customers About You This opportunity will suit a highly motivated, customer-focused supply professional. To be considered for this opportunity it is expected you have prior experience in a similar logistics role within the aviation or similarly regulated industry. Your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced aviation environment will be critical. To be considered for this position you will have: Sound knowledge and understanding of Disposal and Discrepancy Processes. Sound experience working with Shelf Life and DG/HAZ items. Knowledge and experience in working with SDS and Chem-alert. Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations. Aviation industry experience with exposure to products, services and suppliers.
