You will need to be confident interacting with customers and internal personnel over the phone as you manage enquiries and confirm installation bookings with customers and drivers. In addition, your administration tasks will include:checking maps and coordinates are correct for deliveriescheck and scan packaging paperwork and driver dispatch docketsdata entry and scanning of transport shipping information, run sheets, driver log books and photosraising purchase requisitions and booking accommodation for transport driversAbout YouThis role is an entry-level position and would suit an individual wishing to start a career path in customer service and administration fields.
