Part of the SMYA Group, SANECTOR is a contract beverage bottling facility with total packaging coordination from bulk beverage to packaged product.
Based in Mildura, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating our internal and external dispatch and deliveries function to meet customer delivery requirements.
Responsibilities include: Prepare stock picking and manage transport documents.Work with the warehouse team to monitor the receipt and storage of inbound goods.Maintain accurate records of inventory status.Liaise with freight providers, production, vendors, and any other parties to assist with problem-solving and delivery of optimum service performance to our customers.Analyze and follow up on all outstanding picking, outstanding receivables, and dispatch completion daily.Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Your experience and skills: Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role.Stock control/inventory management experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.What we can offer you: Full-time permanent position.Integral position in the team.Great people and great culture.Training and Development.If you're looking for an exciting opportunity with strong career progression opportunities, then don't delay; we want to hear from you...
