The Opportunity:
This position will report to our Senior Superintendent and will support the daily operations of the Stores and Logistics department. The role involves ensuring that data related to the stores are accurately captured and maintained in SAP, as well as facilitating the regular delivery and collection of products and materials from our Wulkuraka Depot to Bowen Hills.
We'll look to you for:
Receiving tools, components, and materials from customers, suppliers, and technicians.
Completion of documentation and inputting into the system.
Kitting and issuing tools, components, and materials to the Shop Floor in a timely manner to meet manufacturing/service schedules.
Parts inspection.
Ensure all products are suitably packaged and that delivery service used is adequate to meet customer requirements.
Communicating to the relevant internal team of stock levels.
Delivery and collection of products and materials as required.
All about you:
Experience with the use of SAP Warehousing system.
Valid FL licence is desirable.
Experience in the rail industry is desirable.
