How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm? We're on the lookout for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our busy Laverton North Head Office distribution team. This role is responsible for supporting our domestics and international logistics function through supporting full operations as part of the wider Logistics Administration Team. There is huge opportunity for growth within this role and the opportunity to be part of an Australian manufacturing success story!
This is a Monday-Friday full time permanent opportunity with flexibility to come as you are.
What's possible at Nufarm? Collating and cross-referencing invoices for accuracy ready for authorization Working with the pallet companies on pallet reconciliation Carrier Management – Liaising with and booking carriers for transport requirements Order Management – Collating and issuing orders for picking by the operations team Logistics Customer Service – Liaising with Customer Service and processing changes and enquiries KPI's – Completing KPI spreadsheets for sending to the management team International Logistics – Organizing paperwork to send to freight providers for import and export shipments, updating status and KPI reports Dispatch Management – Organizing paperwork and manifests (Driver Paperwork) for domestic deliveries SOP's and Work Instructions – Supporting the updating and management of SOP's and Work Instructions for the Logistics functions Distribution Route Planning – Load Consolidation into local routes for delivery drivers What do you bring? You will be a dynamic and energetic coordinator with a passion for continuous improvement and a focus on best practice. You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment and be an expert within the ERP platforms and Microsoft Office.
