Logistics Coordinator

```html Join our team in our new purpose-built site in Dandenong as the new Logistics coordinator. In this role, you will be joining a hardworking, supportive, and close-knit team. You will be working Monday to Friday, :am – 6:pm. You will be responsible for acting as the go-between the office and the warehouse. This includes the day-to-day operations for the drivers and warehouse operators and confirming inbound and outbound documentation while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities include: Assisting in the coordination of the timely and efficient despatch and receipt of goods throughout the warehouse. Load plan for next day delivery, Local and Regional. Preparing and processing relevant documentation and maintaining records. Key liaison between operations & sales/branches teams. Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy at the site. In order to succeed in this role, ideally you will have: Great attention to detail , specifically in relation to accurate record-keeping and document preparation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. SAP exposure , specifically in the front end. Ability to manage your own time and prioritize effectively. Customer focused. Strong analytical skills.
