This position reports to Service Operations Manager .
Your Role and Responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to execute warehousing activities for outgoing goods. Follow, and ensure that others also follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse. Obtaining quotes for export whilst maintaining cost plans in projects.
This role is contributing to the EL Service Division in Moorebank. You will be mainly accountable for:
Releasing Picklist for Spare parts, Project Sales orders and issuing to the Store Person/Warehouse for picking and packing for dispatching. Ensuring regular monitoring and contact with carriers for timely pick-up and for on-time delivery to customers. Participating in regular inventory control processes. Liaising with internal clients, such as Project Managers, regarding the delivery of parts and equipment. Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system. Qualifications for the Role Qualification in Logistics or related discipline. Ability to demonstrate experience in logistics warehousing with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Possess enhanced knowledge of SAP (MRP, stock and inventory) and Microsoft suites. Strong communication, influencing, relationships, and organizational skills. Passionate about customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
