About the role
Forklift License essentialLidcombe LocationWe are seeking a newly experienced Logistics Co-Ordinator with a forklift license to provide a full warehouse and distribution function for IT equipment and the provision of spares support to the National Integration Centre (NIC), under close supervision. Your role will encompass receiving and dispatching of goods, warehousing and adherence to quality management, environmental awareness, OH&S, and security. This is a great opportunity for a logistics junior with over 2 years of experience looking to move into a large organization where they'll have every opportunity to expand their career. You must have a Forklift license for this position and be able to work onsite in Lidcombe.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Check goods against receipt documentation.
Checking goods against shipping list / invoice.
Advise Stores Supervisor of discrepancies or damage.
Processing parts returned by Field Engineers or Regional Service Agents in accordance with procedures.
Unpack and locate goods as required.
Conduct stocktakes as directed.
Locate and pick goods as per picking list or authorised/approved requests.
Consolidate picked goods for dispatch.
Prepare dispatch paperwork.
Dispatch shipments to any location in Australia using Fujitsu's nominated freight service providers.
Ensure compliance with the requirements of Fujitsu Australia's Quality Management guidelines, ISO:9001:2000, that can be found on Fujitsu's Infoworld intranet site.

Requirements:

Forklift license essential.
At least 2 years experienced in all facets of Warehouse Operation:

Pick / Pack / Receipt Dispatch
Courier / Transport Processes
Warehouse keeping
Online Inventory systems processing

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work within a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
