Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a leading medical device company, is searching for a Logistics, Events and Administration Coordinator!
You will be based in Brookvale and part of a small collaborative team where everyone pitches in and helps where needed.
This is a varied and interesting role with lots of moving parts and as such it requires someone who is super organised and works well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
You also need to have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising and negotiating with multiple stakeholders as well you should have loads of experience with organising couriers for tradeshows and workshops and have a process driven mindset.
What you'll be doing: Manage freight bookings, packing, checking & cleaning of equipment after each event.
Log event activities into spreadsheets.
Assist with sales and marketing activities, such as internal meetings & product launches.
Administrative support for sales including updating customer database.
Events calendar management.
Book event associated equipment, machines, banners, display items.
Coordinate all aspects of events including reservations, suppliers, bookings, timelines.
This role is perfect for you if: Microsoft Office (Intermediate) Min 2 years experience in a similar type of role You are a problem solver who can work unsupervised and has loads of drive and enthusiasm along with a healthy sense of humour.
