Logistics Coordinator

Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd has a great role based in Sunny Gold Coast for a Logistics Coordinator to join a family-owned and operated logistics company that has been around for over 30 years.
What does your new role look like? Your mornings will consist of a small amount of hands-on work assigning the drivers to the correct trucks and ensuring the freight is in the correct trucks.
You will be the first point of contact for the drivers and customers, so you will need to have strong customer service skills and be confident in speaking over the phone and in person.
You will also be fulfilling small customer orders around the Gold Coast that come in throughout the day if needed.
What do you need to be a Superstar in this role? Experience: Knowledge of Brisbane and Gold Coast suburbs Amazing phone manner and customer service skills The ability to multitask Good computer skills Strong organizational skills Teamwork makes the dream work!
