Salary: Up to $140,000 Including Super plus applicable allowanceVentia is looking to engage a Logistics Coordinator to work closely alongside the Telecoms team assigned to install the radio telescopes on the internationally acclaimed Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO) Project. This is a Full Time Fly in Fly Out position working a 14 day on / 7 day off roster, with meals and accommodation provided. The project site is based in Western Australia, 800 kilometres north of Perth.About the role:Critical inspection and receipt of materials using VPL proceduresTimely coordination and delivery of materials accurately labelled, and all pick / bins locatedEfficient planning of storage and locations of materials within the warehouse / yardEnsuring all personal actions are in line with the SH&E procedures and legislative requirementsCoordinating and deliver items to site to ensure the sub-contractors can keep the daily work face moving forwardAbout you:Logistics and distribution experience within the telecommunications industry preferableStrong communication, attention to detail, numeracy, and written skillsForklift, MC, CV/HIAB LicencesDogman/Riggers TicketUse of computer-based stock management systems (SAP experience, desirable)Benefits:Gain significant project exposure working on one of the largest Australian radio telescopesFamily friendly 2/1 rosterAccess to Ventia employee perks and a range of accommodation, retail & vehicle rental discountsAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
