Logistics Coordinator

Up to $140,000 Including Super plus applicable allowance
Ventia is looking to engage a Logistics Coordinator to work closely alongside the Telecoms team assigned to install the radio telescopes on the internationally acclaimed Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO) Project. This is a Full Time Fly in Fly Out position working a 14 day on / 7 day off roster, with meals and accommodation provided. The project site is based in Western Australia, 800 kilometres north of Perth.
About the role: Critical inspection and receipt of materials using VPL procedures Timely coordination and delivery of materials accurately labelled, and all pick / bins located Efficient planning of storage and locations of materials within the warehouse / yard Ensuring all personal actions are in line with the SH&E procedures and legislative requirements Coordinating and delivering items to site to ensure the sub-contractors can keep the daily work face moving forward About you: Logistics and distribution experience within the telecommunications industry preferable Strong communication, attention to detail, numeracy, and written skills Forklift, MC, CV/HIAB Licences Dogman/Rigger's Ticket Use of computer-based stock management systems (SAP experience, desirable) Benefits: Gain significant project exposure working on one of the largest Australian radio telescopes Family friendly 2/1 roster Access to Ventia employee perks and a range of accommodation, retail & vehicle rental discounts How to apply:
