The role We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, customer service focussed person to join our supportive team as a Logistics Coordinator.
Based at our Silverwater office, this full-time permanent opportunity will support the day-to-day management of logistics operations to ensure compliance, enhance efficiency, and maintain the smooth functioning of logistics processes.
This role involves using various software platforms to manage CoR compliance, vehicle maintenance, contractor queries, invoicing, and overall fleet and asset management.
The role also requires handling financial transactions, purchase orders, and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
This position offers a dynamic work environment, with opportunities for on-the-job training and involvement in process improvements to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities Data entry, collation and reconciliationProcess customer invoicingEnsure timely and accurate completion of purchase orders, vehicle registration checks, and task-related closeouts.Resolve internal and external customer queriesMonitor fleet vehicles to ensure timely servicingEnsure vehicle and contractor compliance with safety regulations, vehicle servicing, and documentationWhat you will need to succeed An experienced Administrator with excellent time management and organisational skills that supports working in a busy environmentAbility to interact in a friendly and professional manner at all timesProblem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software, SAP experience beneficialA strong commitment to customer serviceEffective communication skills with external and internal stakeholdersA supportive and safe environment Hy-Tec puts safety first and recognises that diversity in our workforce drives innovation, encourages creativity and better equips us to be Always Ready.
