Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a family-owned winery located on the banks of the Murray river, a short 15-minute drive from Mildura, is an award-winning boutique wine producer. Their state-of-the-art winemaking facility handles up to 5,000 tonnes of premium fruit each vintage. The brand boasts a diverse product portfolio and holds a strong position in both domestic and export markets.Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the Part-Time role of Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing all packaged production runs and coordinating logistics for both domestic and international shipments. This role also provides ad-hoc administrative support to the winemaking and sales teams.Key Responsibilities:Managing and overseeing stock transfers to ensure accurate and timely movements.Organising export registrations & certificatesCommercial invoice preparationBill of Lading (BOL) documentationCoordinating with distributors, chains, and direct ordersManaging local wholesale logisticsAssisting in planning and preparing all packaged production runs.Helping with packing local wholesale and Wine Club orders as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in logistics coordination, particularly in export logisticsStrong organisation and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in relevant software and toolsFamiliarity with EZY Wines software, beneficial, but not requiredExperience with wine exports, beneficial, but not requiredIf you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and the wine industry, we would love to hear from you.
