Job Description - Logistics Coordinator (259573)
UGL Telecommunications is seeking applications from experienced customer focussed Logistic Coordinators to join our team in Tullamarine, VIC.
The role will be an interface between contractors and our internal project team. You will be in charge of processing contractor orders and ensuring inventory levels are in line with forecasted jobs/contractor requirement.
About the role: Processing contractor stock order including ensuring the existing stock levels are in line with jobs at hand Provide administration support to the warehouse as required Follow up with transport companies on outstanding shipment, validating invoices and raising of purchase orders Lia i se with internal teams / contractors for the visibility of stock and movement Regular correspondence with technicians and assisting with the reconciling of stock Placing stock orders as required About you: At least 2-3 years experience in inventory management and purchasing Excellent verbal and communication skills Confidence in the use of MS Products and inhouse software Possess the willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently and be solution driven What makes you right for UGL Ability to provide a safe, supportive and positive workplace Empower a united and collaborative culture Deliver technical excellence and create efficient, innovative solutions Build an enviable reputation and the trust of employees, clients and other stakeholders Genuine concern for safety About Us UGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services within, rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water and defence markets.
