About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the apparel and footwear industry.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless movement of our products from suppliers to customers, playing a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency that our customers have come to expect.
Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the success of our brand, as you navigate the complexities of global logistics with precision and care.
This full-time position involves working between office and warehouse environments, with occasional travel to visit suppliers and partners.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and track the entire logistics process.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments across both Sea and Air.
Ensure all shipments are on schedule and within budget.
Generate and communicate shipment plans.
Create comprehensive reports on key logistics metrics.
Organise and update the ETA of shipments in the ERP system (Apparel 21), ensuring internal teams are informed.
Preparation of commercial documents for customs clearance, booking, and coordination of shipments for freight forwarders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics operations align with broader company goals.
About You: Minimum 3 years' experience in import/export operations, and a focus on freight management is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the apparel or footwear industry.
Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
