Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Despatch Allocator to join our team in Brisbane. As a Despatch Allocator, you will be responsible for the overall management of your channel and the allocation of jobs to drivers in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will also be responsible for the overall management of the query channel.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the allocation of jobs to drivers in an efficient and cost-effective manner
* Manage the query channel
* Provide excellent customer service
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding customer experience results

Requirements

* Previous experience working with the transport industry in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills (written, listening, and verbal)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* Good understanding of the geographical suburbs in and around Brisbane
* Sound computer knowledge
* Resilience, passion, and ability to work at pace and under pressure
