About the OpportunityReporting to the Purchasing and Asset Manager, as Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the logistics within the company, as well as assisting with our stock management system. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Booking shipments for the dispatch and delivery for outgoing sales, return of sales, repair and loan equipment within Australia and overseasCoordinate all aspects of communication with our shipping companies (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL, StarTrack, AusPost, etc)Track and analyse shipment issues and ensure future improvementUnboxing of incoming deliveries, identify and communicate order discrepanciesAllocation of supplier items to client orders, and coordination of warehouse stockShipping of goods to and from national events (e.g. conferences, workshops, expos)Competent use of CRM systems such as SalesforceAbility to answer phone calls when required and direct customer enquiriesAbout YouLink Assistive is looking for a candidate who will be highly organised with demonstrated experience of consistently meeting deadlines and the ability to work effectively autonomously, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:
An understanding of the Link Assistive product and service lineSelf-driven, results-oriented, and a clear focus on high quality and business profitA flexible forward planner who critically assesses their own performanceExperienced in efficient and accurate use of CRM databases such as SalesforceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships throughout the organisation, with customers, and with affiliatesReliable, tolerant, and determinedUnderstanding of the principles of cost-effectiveness, cost per response, etc.Inventory management experience, utilising CRM systemsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlinesGreat teamwork skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalEffective time management skillsA current and valid driver's licensePlease note that the successful candidate will be required to complete a Police Check prior to commencement.
