The role will also manage the utilisation of Qube Connect application for the freight operations in the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be based out of Qube Energy's Transport Yard at East Arm, NT.ABOUT YOUYou will be committed to safety in the workplace and be committed to 100% Chain of Responsibility compliance. We're proud of our 'Zero Harm' initiative and provide extensive on-the-job training to ensure you get home safely at the end of every day.Qube is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage women and Indigenous peoples of all ages to applySpecific ResponsibilitiesUndertake the co-ordination of all heavy vehicle and driver movements for the QE Linehaul service in the NTUndertake the coordination of maintenance on all trucks and trailers, in conjunction with the QE Admin and Engineering teamEnsure vehicle and driver compliance of all HSE, Main roads including Qube policy and proceduresPrepare work/shift rosters for linehaul operationsLiaise with all subcontractors, ensuring compliance and scope awarenessCustomer liaison for project and large long term operationsEnsure contracts are being serviced in accordance with their terms and conditions.Ensure submission of monthly, weekly and daily reportingMonitor cartage dockets daily to ensure accuracyLiaise with operations and HSE and issue Journey Management Plans for all tasks performedAssist with toolbox meetings (held daily) with drivers/operatorsAssist with the recruitment process of new drivers/operatorsUtilisation of Qube Connect on a daily basisQualifications and Experience2+ years' experience in a logistics or supply chain operations Capable of learning a variety of supply chain, planning and scheduling software Experience working with contract management and past delivery through suppliers Experience in Oil and Gas operations is preferred, but not requiredStrong communications and networking skills Willing to work in a process-driven organisation inclusive of problem-solving and continuous improvement Focus on safetyCustomer focused and responsive to customer requirements IntegrityStrong communication skills (both written and verbal) Problem solving ability Performance and task driven Why QUBE?At Qube, we recognise that our people are our most important asset and are the engine that drives our organisation, playing a vital role in ensuring our business achieve our objectives and deliver on our commitments.
