Arrow ECS are currently looking for a talented Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our team to assist in the smooth flow of goods and materials in Arrow Melbourne office at Bayswater North.
What You'll Be Doing Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities.Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and extern customer requirements pertaining to processesActs as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledgeSupport shipping, storing, and order fulfillment.Transport and staging products within the facility.Maintain clean and organized work and product storage areas.Conduct audits of processes and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.Health and Safety Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Follow proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous materials, if applicable. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.What We Are Looking For Familiarity with ERP inventory management systems and software (eg. Oracle, SAP), intermediate Excel skills and Outlook, and comfortable using the computer.Proficiency in using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF Scanner.
