We are looking for our next Logistics Assistant team member to join our team at the Welshpool warehouse!
Position: Full time, permanent, entry-level position.
Shift times Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 6:00am -12:30pm
Job tasks and responsibilities Processing, allocating and invoicing orders; Liaising with relevant personnel for the delivery of orders; Liaising with sales department for deals and offers; Assisting with the booking of transport companies; Running and analyzing supply-chain related reports; Pallets control management; Containers and local delivery co-ordinations; Emailing and phone-answering for any queries; Confident to communicate with both internal and external parties; Filing and general office duties; Other duties as required from time to time by the Manager. To be successful you will need Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia; Be able to speak/understand Chinese preferable; Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must); A current driver's license; Strong communication skills; A great eye for detail and customer service skills; Proven experience working in an Administrative Assistant role or supply chain management industry is ideal, but not essential.
