Role Overview: The Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate inventory planning, supplier coordination, and warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products and materials.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Planning and Inventory Management:
Determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing and storage strategies and plans.
Calculate order quantities based on sales trends, stock levels, and run-rate analyses.
Timely monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels within the fulfillment centre.
Negotiating contracts with suppliers, placing orders, and sustaining strong relationships with suppliers for key components such as rubber blocks, instructions, metal bracketry, and other Polyair products.
Track international orders for Polyair, Bilstein, and H&R products to ensure timely arrivals.
Stock and System Maintenance:
Regularly update and enhance stock management systems, including maintaining accurate pricing and weights for kits.
Oversee the addition of new products to the stock system, ensuring accurate data for order processing and inventory tracking.
Warehouse and Order Fulfillment:
Operate recording systems to track all movements of supplies, ensuring re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times.
Operate the Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) and Walkie-Stackie Forklift safely.
Construct Polyair kits and components as needed, adhering to product specifications and safety protocols.
Pack and ship Polyair and Bilstein products as required to fulfill sales orders.
Team Collaboration and Warehouse Maintenance:
Liaise with other departments and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation.
Provide support with stock replenishment if the Operations Assistant is unavailable.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment while demonstrating the ability to work without direct supervision.
Maintain a safe, organized, and tidy workspace, adhering to warehouse safety standards and procedures.
Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring optimal productivity and workflow.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor degree or higher qualification.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Proficiency with inventory management and software systems (Xero experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
