Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities Schedule inbound container deliveries for key warehouses to minimise demurrage chargesProvide stock adjustment and stock movement support for warehouses w/o Shipping CoordinatorProvide support for transport issues with carriersAnalysis of warehouse and logistics performance and costs in order to determine efficiency of operations and most costs effective shippingMeasure on-time delivery across network and recommend interventions as required to optimiseTMS champion to provide best value for businessAdditional Responsibilities Maintain matrix of transport and 3PL rates across networkMaintain weekly/Fortnightly catch-up meetings with all 3PL'sReview and analyse logistics invoices to ensure correctnessParticipate in projects and reviews relating to warehouse and transportHelp provide reporting to analyse warehouse and shipping costs to achieve efficiencyPOD's and tracking details where requiredProvide SAP supportQualifications:Logistics / Business Degree preferredExperience managing transport of goodsLogistics assignments in a >$5m FMCG environmentHaving worked in a systems/process driven environmentSAP knowledgeProficiency in MS ProductsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
