Logistics Administrator - Full Time – Alexandria Samuel Smith & Son and Negociants Australia An opportunity exists within Samuel Smith & Son, a respected, family-owned wine merchant.

Samuel Smith & Son also incorporates Negociants Australia, renowned importer of the world's finest wines supporting a network of on-premise and retail venues in Australia.
About the Role Based in Alexandria and reporting to the Logistics Manager NSW, the role of Logistics Administrator is to provide support to the logistics function of the NSW warehouse while maintaining a customer centric focus to support and partner with the sales team to maximise opportunities.
Key tasks include: Process all orders and credits including ship confirmation, invoice printing and preparation of run sheets and manifests.Process all regional orders with specific transport provider requirements including labelling freight.Process all credits and returns accurately.Manage key tasks to ensure KPI's are met.Run and complete stocktakes, inventory management and receival of inbound stock.Maintain a customer centric focus and keep the customer at the centre of all that we do.Contribute to a safe work environment by working safely and in accordance with procedures.About You Previous warehousing experience within the FMCG sector is preferred along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail while maintaining a sense of urgency when dealing with daily demands.
A current forklift licence is considered desirable.
