A new opportunity has become available for a logistics administrator to join our rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities:Provide admin support to all aspects of logistics & supply chain operationsAssist in planning and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring efficient and timely deliveryAssist with shipment consolidation & booking requests to meet business needsEngage in regular communication with suppliers, freight agents & warehouse managersMaintain internal systems & ensure they are kept up to date with the most accurate informationFormulate packing lists & confirm shipped quantities to be shared with the appropriate warehouse teamsAnalyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsMinimum Requirements:Logistics background with strong data accuracy skillsHigh level of attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processesComputer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)Outstanding organisational and coordination abilitiesBenefits:Amazing office + close to Green Square stationOnsite GymFun and supportive team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
