A new opportunity has become available for a logistics administrator to join our rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide admin support to all aspects of logistics & supply chain operations Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery Assist with shipment consolidation & booking requests to meet business needs Engage in regular communication with suppliers, freight agents & warehouse managers Maintain internal systems & ensure they are kept up to date with the most accurate information Formulate packing lists & confirm shipped quantities to be shared with the appropriate warehouse teams Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Minimum Requirements: Logistics background with strong data accuracy skills High level of attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities Benefits: Amazing office + close to Green Square station Onsite Gym Fun and supportive team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
