The PositionOur Logistics Administrator is responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered in full, on time. The role is based in our Carrington office and warehouse, and will expose you to the inner workings of an import and distribution business in a complex yet rewarding environment. You will be responsible for confirming delivery requirements with our customers, ensuring deliveries are booked appropriately and in a timely manner, logging all information to assist our national teams to track and trace, and touching base with our customers once the delivery has occurred to confirm and understand their experiences.Responsibilities include:Customer communications pre and post delivery to ensure high levels of customer service and reliable information capture. Liaising with our sales team and customers to determine the most efficient and cost effective method for delivery, nation-wide. Provide internal support for other team members related to logistics and freight booking, scheduling, pricing and capabilities. Provide direct customer support for delivery updates and information.
