This role is responsible for coordinating the movements of material into and out of the Bayu Undan field, ensuring that Santos and Santos' contractors comply with Australian Customs and Biosecurity regulations, as well as Timor Leste Customs and ANP regulations.Provide logistics and administrative support to the Team Leader Logistics NT and Logistics Specialist, ensuring compliance in the role of offshore support.Core Accountabilities include:Coordinate Logistics activities in accordance with issued transport schedulesEnsure Contractors provide the correct detail for their exports/imports that will be manifested as cargo.Coordinate and prepare air and sea freight cargo in compliance with relevant export/import requirements and regulations, for both Australia and Timor LestePrepare export air and sea freight cargo documentation to be submitted for Australian and Timor Leste Customs declarationCoordinate, prepare and schedule Material Movements for items transiting the Darwin Supply BaseMonitor and record vessel crews, movements, and fuel consumption, reporting to Finance and Autoridade Nacional Do Petroleo (ANP)Collaborate with various internal and external customers to resolve logistical issuesProvide coverage and support to the Logistics SpecialistProvide coverage and support to the Materials CoordinatorsPerform overflow work issued by the Team Leader Logistics NTWork with Customs Broker, Vendors and Dili Heliport to ensure airfreight arrives at BU as reqdEnsure hired equipment is returned to vendors in a timely and cost-effective mannerIdentify and participate in continuous improvement activitiesEnsure documentation is kept in compliance with Records Management policiesProvide support in all aspects of the daily running of the officeOversee Supply Base Administration, including local courier runs, ordering stationery, managing in-house catering, collection and distribution of mail, updating files and coordinating miscellaneous Marine and Aviation functionsThis assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.Location for this assignment is Darwin, NT, working full-time hours.About You:Experience in a similar position within a logistics/shipping environmentExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated experience in a complex administrative role and work under pressureDemonstrated knowledge of Australian Border Force and Biosecurity requirementsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and make decisionsHigh attention to detail with the ability to use initiativeSkilled at prioritizing workload and work to critical time schedulesPreferred Experience & Qualifications:Holder of Maritime Security Identification CardSound knowledge of International Maritime Dangerous Goods CodeSAP (S/4HANA) – EWM/IM in Warehousing and LogisticsExperience with Travel and Accommodation Booking System (TABS), or similar Personnel/Travel Management SoftwareHow to ApplyIf you have the required skills, experience, and qualifications, register your interest today!Candidate interest must be received via the online application process.
