THE OPPORTUNITY We are currently seeking applications for a motivated Transport Administrator to join our Bunbury Depot team.
Supporting depot transport and warehouse operations the Logistics Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate checking and reconciliation of all the drivers trip paperwork, data entry of information into the internal management systems, co ordinating the flow of documentation to our Forrestfield depot.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Debriefing (Auditing) drivers' paperwork ensuring all is fully and correctly completed in line with company procedures and requirements.
Completing daily cross checks and reconciliation of trip pack paperwork (logbook vs Fatigue sheet and Pallet documentation) and validating any down time to remove time wastage.
Validating Pallet movements documentation on the 2IC pallet management system.
Incident and insurance reporting and following up to ensure all matters are closed out in timely manner.
Coaching and holding driver's accountable on their paperwork quality & compliance.
Reporting non-conformance to management.
Processing client orders and managing stock allocations General administrative duties as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated safety and compliance focus.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a transport or logistics administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of transport management systems and processes.
Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills.
Very strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time permanent position.
