Logistics & Administration Coordinator (West Perth Office)

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Perth office. This role is pivotal in managing logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping coordination, and vendor relations, alongside general logistics administration duties. This role is available for part-time or full-time from the office.
Key Responsibilities: Hardware Ordering & Dispatch: Manage customer orders and dispatch processes, including drop-shipping and coordination of in-house configuration. Coordinate delivery with upstream suppliers, internal stakeholders, and end customers. Utilise our CRM and ticketing system to track and process orders. Handle warranty claims and RMA processes, coordinating with technical support, suppliers, and customers. Additional Administration Duties: Assist in coordinating office maintenance tasks, mailing, shipping, supplies, and errands. Assist in planning and executing company events. Skills & Experience: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Strong relationship-building skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated and highly organised. High level of personal and professional integrity. Initiative and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Critical thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture. Problem-solving mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
