Ensure that all logistical details are accurately processed and communicated to relevant parties.Maintaining Accurate Records of Shipments: Keep detailed records of all shipments, including tracking information and delivery statuses. Prepare and provide regular reports on shipment activities to ensure transparency and efficiency.Communicating with Drivers, Warehouse Staff, and Customers: Act as a liaison between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers. Ensure clear communication to facilitate on-time deliveries and address any issues that arise during the transportation process.Handling Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation. Ensure that all records are accurately updated and easily accessible.About YouTo thrive in this role, you should have:Experience in Logistics or a Similar Role: Practical experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
