Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistic Manager to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our operation across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, collaborating with other business stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless flow of our daily logistic operation.
Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and oversee onshore and offshore teams, ensuring efficient coordination and collaboration.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their logistic needs and align operations accordingly.Invoice Management: Verify, control, and approve logistic invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.Performance Metrics: Meet both business requirements and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on logistic performance, identifying areas for improvement and showcasing successes.Communication: Maintain effective communication within both internal and external teams regarding new changes and updates in the logistic processes.Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance logistic efficiency.Meeting Attendance: Participate in weekly meetings with our nationwide delivery partner, internal teams, and management to discuss ongoing logistics initiatives.Negotiation: Negotiate deals, provide suggestions, and collaborate on improvements with our nationwide delivery partners.Issue Resolution: Identify and address logistic issues promptly to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted supply chain.Qualifications & Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with internal teams and external partners.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to analyze and present data effectively.Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
