Locum Speech Pathologist (JN -112024-22418) Mackay, AustraliaWe are seeking a Locum Speech Pathologist for an 4-12 week contract at a public hospital in Mackay, QLD starting in January 2025.
You'll manage an adult caseload in inpatient rehabilitation and acute care, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide speech pathology assessments, diagnostics, and interventions for inpatient rehabilitation and acute adult patients.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.Contribute to discharge planning and documentation, ensuring patients receive comprehensive speech therapy support.Manage a caseload in line with departmental policies and protocols.Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate up to $72 per hour + super.Accommodation and travel assistance provided.Great opportunity to experience life in Mackay.If you are an experienced speech pathologist ready to make a difference in a public hospital setting, apply now!
