Locum Hospital Physiotherapist – Community Setting4th December start for up to 12 weeksCommunity caseloadLocum rates + FREE accommodation availableExperienced Physiotherapist required for locum based in regional Victoria, 5 hours from Melbourne. You will work alongside a large allied health team. This community caseload will cover:
Transition Care Program, Rehab in the home and Geriatric Evaluation and Monitoring at home.Focus on over 65+, home visits, home modifications, ordering equipment, restorative care and supporting patients post discharge from hospital.Ability to work independently in Community Programs.Experience in Rehab/Restorative care/Outpatients - TCP/Rehab in the home/Aged care desirable.FREE accommodation available.Locum rates $$.One way travel (domestic) reimbursed.This major regional centre offers a vibrant culture filled with city sidewalk cafes and precincts of contemporary restaurants.
