Locum Hospital Occupational Therapist – Community Setting

6th January start for up to 12 weeks Community caseload Locum rates + FREE accommodation available   Experienced Occupational Therapist required for locum based in regional Victoria, 5 hours from Melbourne.
6th January start for up to 12 weeks.
You will work alongside a large allied health team.
This community caseload will cover:   Transition Care Program, Rehab in the home and Geriatric Evaluation and Monitoring at home.
Focus on over 65+, home visits, home modifications, ordering equipment, restorative care and supporting patients post discharge from hospital.
Ability to work independently in Community Programs Experience in Rehab/Restorative care/Outpatients - TCP/Rehab in the home/Aged care desirable FREE accommodation available Locum rates $$ One way travel (domestic) reimbursed I've had great feedback from previous locums!
