Locum General Practitioner Required For Moranbah, Qld

Practice in the Isaac Region of Queensland are looking for a Locum General Practitioner from 24/06 to 05/07
Location: Moranbah, QLD
Dates: 24/06 to 05/07 is Clinic only (no hospital) Monday 24/06 to Friday 05/07 – 8am to 5pm and also to cover the weekend 29 and 30 June if possible –Sat 8 to 12.30 and Sun 9 to 12. The week in July is for Clinic and Hospital – 23 July to 30 July 2024

Centre Operating Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Mon – Fri (1 hour lunch); 8.00am -12.30pm Sat; 9.00am – 12.00pm Sun

Services Fee (hourly rate) / % :
Applicable only to the operation of the Practice from the Centre for at least 8 hours per day:
Monday to Friday from 8.00-5.00 - $1,500 (+ GST) per day
Sat – Sun - public holidays and not full days worked - $187.50 (+GST) per hour
In addition to the Services Fee above, the Locum will be paid for On Call Services based on the following rates:
For Hospital On Call Services provided for a 24 hour period commencing 23/07 to 30/07 12.30pm to 24 October 12.30pm the rate will be $1,700 (+ GST) per 24 hours.

Flights, car and hospital accommodation provided Practice details: Medical Director software Full time nurse support Elderly patients and Families Mixed Billing Average of 4 patients per day Hours: Monday to Friday start date to finish date with 1 hour for lunch. Reception staff will support you in order to make your locum position pleasant.

Requirements:
Vocational or specialist Registration with AHPRA
Ability to apply for a Medicare provider number through PRODA
Medical Indemnity Insurance
