Locum General Practitioner required for Mandurah, QLDPay Rates-$180 + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greaterDates: OngoingAccomodation and Flights allowance Dates: Ongoing 
Location: Mandurah, QLD
 
Required rostered hours - minimum 40 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager

Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $180.00 + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period

Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency

Car hire per day booked by agency

Flights: lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP
 
Requirements:
