Accommodation : if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency

Flights : Lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP
Requirements :
Have Specialist registration with FRACGP
Medical Indemnity Insurance
Doctors must have a CAN
Be Vocationally registered
