About the Role: Are you ready for an exciting entry-level opportunity in the sugar industry?
We're looking for energetic individuals to join our Cane Supply team as Locomotive Driver Assistants.
You'll be working alongside a small rail crew during the crushing season, helping deliver bins of cane and working closely with the Loco Driver.
This role offers plenty of opportunities for overtime at penalty rates and involves continuous shift work.
What You'll Do: Assist in delivering bins to sidings and return full bins of cane to the mill for processing Step in and out of the Loco, moving point lines and counting bins Work closely with the Loco Driver to ensure smooth and efficient operations What You'll Need: Manual 'C' class driver's license Strong communication skills for accurate feedback A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to pitch in when needed No prior experience necessary!
We provide all the training, including First Aid and other relevant courses.
Bonus Skills: High Risk Work Licence, TAFE modules, or an HR Driver's Licence will make your application stand out!
