This role is required to build positive relationships with stakeholders, motivate a team, and provide compassionate care and support to families during one of the most challenging times in their lives before, during, and after the funeral.About you:You possess the capacity to lead, develop, and inspire your team by creating a workplace where people feel valued, challenged, and proud to be part of the team.Operations, people and finance management for an extremely high-volume location.Ability to deliver profit objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service levels.Sensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people, their values, and beliefs.Customer-focused with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the public.Empathy to interpret the needs of people and clearly communicate options to clients.Competent administrative and computing skills and an eye for detail.Flexibility to participate in after-hour duties, including occasional weekend arranging.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Hold a level of comfort in working with grieving families and the deceased.Unrestricted Driver's license.How to Apply:InvoCare is proud to provide our employees with a quality work environment and opportunity for both personal and professional growth.
