Visit our website or YouTube channel to learn more.The Role Our Data and Analytics Team enable data-driven insights and support our business with Location Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Process Intelligence, and Data Operations. The team follow the entire lifecycle of data to product - from data capture (e.g. IoT input or GPS survey), validation, ingestion, downstream analytics and statistical data, and ultimately to Power BI and intelligent time-series and location-based dashboards. You will provide full stack administration of Location Intelligence (Geospatial) platforms, including Enterprise GIS, CAD and related applications, data stores and integrated systems to maximise the user and customer experience and deliver on business requirements. This includes solution architecture, Web GIS administration, cybersecurity, system health and monitoring, performance optimisation, processing and automation, and quality and governance.Some of the things you'll be responsible for include:Provide specialist functional maintenance and administration of our LI/Geospatial platform.Lead and manage the work pipeline across the LI service management domain.Act as a principal technical contact for the portfolio of LI applications, providing technical oversight, expertise, mentoring and training.Develop and maintain process maps, architecture diagrams and technical documentation across the LI domain.Lead and apply effective ICT Change Management (ITIL) to ensure incidents, service requests and complex problems can be resolved.Deliver services that maximise the user experience (e.g. version currency, performance, availability) and continuously uplift cybersecurity.Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise LI solutions (e.g. geoprocessing services/ETL/python/integrations) that deliver business and customer value.r 4-6 of the essential selection criteria.Your ApplicationYour application should include a cover letter that tells us:Why you are interested in this role.Your qualifications in spatial information systems or computing.Your experience in the full stack management and administration of Esri's ArcGIS Enterprise, and working knowledge of API & web services architectures, data integration and ETL.Your experience in Project Management and ICT Service Management.Why TasWater At TasWater, we're serious about supporting the development of our team members' skills and careers, fostering an environment where ideas and innovations can flourish.
