What will you do?
Schedule and confirm appointments for our account executives, ensuring efficient and timely planning. Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure meetings are well organised and run smoothly. Prepare all necessary information for appointments, including relevant sales opportunities, proposals, and client details. Develop and distribute detailed daily run sheets, outlining schedules and key priorities for our account executives. Record meeting notes and client interactions to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up. Assign tasks based on meeting outcomes and ensure timely completion of follow-ups. Review and update CRM records regularly to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Act as a point of contact between our account executives and clients, supporting communication and scheduling needs. Who are you & what will you bring?
Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar). Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, with a willingness to learn; training will be provided for those without prior experience. Positive attitude, professional presentation, and vibrant personality. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. Why it's great to work with us!
