Job title – Local Supply Planner, ANH
Location – Wagga Wagga, Australia
Job model – Hybrid
Under his/her stewardship, to proactively manage the timely replenishment of ingredients into the premix plant (or other locations) for the intention to produce premix or reselling.
Under his/her responsibility, to keep plants' (or warehouse) inventory level at optimal level, that enables on-time in full delivery to customers.
Your key responsibilities To plan for ingredient replenishment into premix plant or warehouse within the country in a timely manner, up to 4 months supply plan M+4 (several times a month review). To track inbound logistics and make sure goods arrive just-in-time (regularly). To resolve any supply gaps when they arise, with the best economical option available (ad-hoc). To place orders to suppliers for local supplied ingredients and follow up with deliveries (regularly). To work with all stakeholders to reduce or eliminate "stocks at risk" (regularly).
To assess supply availability and ensure no supply gap up to 1 month supply plan M+1 (weekly). To plan 'next day' process orders based on sales order RETA and send for production (daily).
To attend local meetings to stay abreast with latest developments and interact with stakeholders (regularly; when needed). You bring Bachelor degree and/or with relevant planning experience. At least 3-5 years of experience with multi-national enterprises in production planning. Project management experience is preferred. Knowledge of MRPII or SAP preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to business requirement. Good communication to work with internal and external stakeholders.
