We are looking for a Project Officer based in Canberra to work with our design and delivery teams focusing on Federal Government client work.
Roles & Responsibilities: Build and sustain effective working relationships within the working groups and actively participate in teamwork and group activities. Work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure collective understanding. Design, recommend, and implement approved solutions to issues impacting the achievement of desired outcomes. Develop and maintain systems and processes. Connect with and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Essential Skills & Experience: Organise meetings, prepare and submit agendas, minutes, and briefing papers, and follow up on the status of actions arising from these meetings to support the project/team. Undertake administrative processes including managing and maintaining project registers, electronic files, and records to ensure compliance with government policy. Contribute to project planning, risk, and issue management. Maintain and deliver communications and strategy. Previous experience with event management. Who are Local Peoples?
