Road Transport (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Lead a team of allocators and drivers delivering excellent service.The RoleBased at our Yatala head office, our Local Operations Manager oversees three allocators directing 30+ local drivers across four sites in Yatala and Carole Park. At times mentoring, at times helping problem solve, and at times in the thick of the action allocating.About YouSolid experience managing local PUD drivers is essential. Experience with refrigerated and general freight is desirable; however, training will be provided. Excellent communication skills are a must-have. Understanding how to maximise the efficiency of the operation is critical.Exodas has been operating between North Queensland and Melbourne for over 22 years.
