About you As our Local Medical Educator, you'll have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with exposure working as a GP in a General Practice environment. Experience as a Medical Educator is desired but not essential. To thrive in the role, you will ideally have:
Medical education experience, particularly in small group teaching and performance assessment.Demonstrated high level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and high level of attention to detail.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently.About the opportunity Reporting to the Senior Local Medical Educator - Head of Training, you'll work collaboratively with the GP Training Program Management team to achieve the best outcomes for registrars and supervisors ensuring the delivery of a high-quality nationally consistent GP training program.
