About you As our Local Medical Educator , you'll have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with exposure working as a GP in a General Practice environment, whilst experience as a Medical Educator is desired it is not essential.
To thrive in the role, you will ideally have:
Medical education experience, particularly in small group teaching, development of educational content for programs and performance assessment development as well as development of educational content for programs.
demonstrated high level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and high level of attention to detail.
highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
work effectively within a team environment and ability to work independently.
About the opportunity Reporting to the Senior Local Medical Educator - Head of Training, you'll work collaboratively with the GP Training Program Management team to achieve the best outcomes for registrars and supervisors ensuring the delivery of a high-quality nationally consistent GP training program.
